•                                                                                                                                                                       Planned, designed, created, and tested an MS Access database tracking system for analyzing the efficiency of customer service representatives in the delivery of a variety of customized products to clients.
•                                                                                                                                                                       Integrated tracking software into an existing MS Access database, including the ability to automatically import, analyze, and perform computations on information passed from MS Excel spreadsheets.
•                                                                                                                                                                       Designed versioning code to detect when a new version of a database has been released and automatically update the user’s copy on activation.
